HONAJECTOR AIR CYLINDER INJETION MOLDER I did plug in the machine and heats up to 600 degrees An air line is required to operate the air cylinder which is actuated by a hand switch to lower the ram into the melted plastic in the heated charge holder( not tested) There is a 0-200 PSI gauge mounted to the top of the air cylinder(that will need to be replaced its broken) The charge holder has a rated capacity of 1 ounce. Air Cylinder Injection Molder Honajector Model 1116 AC
Cord was hardwired into switch. So it was cut Powered up unit. Light came on, and temperature gauge rose(only had it running about 2 minutes and got to about 300 degrees) Plastic residue seemed to scrub off fairly easily from the melting block Air gauge glass is broken Please see pictures for more clarification. I have no knowledge of these machines or if it is complete. Came from a high school workshop that has not been in use for about 10 years.
