Hasco Heated Hot Sprue Bushing Nozzle Z104 / 38 x 75 / 2
These Hasco heated sprue bushings came off 3 different molds for a product line that never went into production. Each sprue bushing ran less than 1.000 cycles. Sprue bushings come wired to an existing 5-pin connector as shown. I checked each heater and thermocouple with a meter and they all tested fine. The cover from each heated sprue bushing that would go against the nozzle of the molding press is missing on each one. Should be able to get a spare cover from Hasco. We have no use for these heated sprue bushings any longer.

I have upgraded machines. This the is the reason why I am selling this one. Included are the machine and the frames you put the plastic in between. You will need to provide a shop vac(sometimes a household vacuum will work as well) Wood or fire bricks(to set on the grates in your oven- this is where you will place the frame with the plastic) large binder clips to clamp the frame together(so the plastic stays in place) and a household oven. I have used this machine up until a few days ago. It is made of wood. Nails, glue, pvc piping, the frame is made of aluminum with plastic corner pieces. This is a great hobby machine.
