Boy 1984 30M molding machine
Machine was working until about a month ago. Now it's not holding clamping pressure which as per Boy Machines diagnosis over email. It's probably either the seals in the clamping unit or the intensifier. Besides that, the machine ran ok for soft materials. It couldn't run nylon for the last several years. The screw and or barrel would probably need to be resurfaced or replaced to do so. Regardless, I don't even have enough business for my other machine, so I'm selling this one as a parts machine. The mother board alone is worth at least a couple thousand dollars as Boy no longer repairs these. You are welcome to see it under power to verify that all is working except what I've described. We can load it onto an open bed truck at no charge. Must be open bed.

Milacron, M/J Rexroth proportional injection valve. sandwich filter for M/J
Rexroth proportional valve used on Milacron injection machines both toggle& hydraulic presses. Very rare item. Application is for the injection unit. OEM calls it M/J on the hydraulic print. Valve is typically not available new, only repaired. OEM retrofit is pricey, over $5,000 to change over to a Bosch proportional valve, with a different driver card. Valve was working, but I had it cleaned, calibrated& tested by Global Servo in TX. Zero bypass sandwich filter housing to be used to protect the R/R valve from contamination. I do not have a filter element for the unit. Seller is a former Milacron serviceman. No international shipping.

The basket was previous made by a major Swedish plastic manufacturing company. Which ceased operations and moved overseas in 2011. While this pattern of the basket was not interesting to retain in the product range, the both molds were sold. Eliser Maskinteknik company in Karlskoga. Sweden owns the molds since 2011 and are now selling them as the place to start a injection molding machine is missing in the company. The mold of the basket(2 halves) weighs 1050 metric kg + 1600 kg. I.e. approximately 2650 kg in total. The mold's dimensions: length 900 mm x width 750 mm x height 590 mm. It requires a minimum of 450 metric tonnes closing force to produce the ... morebasket. Robot grip for automated picking is included. The basket dimensions are approximately: length 450 mm x width 325 mm x height 260 mm. Weight is about 575 grams without the handle. The basket is made of polypropylene and can be dyed in any color.
