The height is just under five inches(great for anywhere that the ceiling height is limited) and the opening on the top and bottom for the feed is 2 and 3/8 of an inch. The hood is approx. 13 5/8" X 10 1/2" X 6 1/2" The base is approx. 12" X 9" X 9" The rectangle heating surface area is approx. 7 3/4" X 10 3/4" It weighs over 32 lbs. There is a Vac-U-Form label on each side of the hood. I can't find any other maker identification markings. There is an on/off switch on the front that controls the vacuum. There is also a dial on the front used to turn on the two heating Glocoil Cones above. They screw in like light bulbs. It will plug into a regular 110 outlet. History: I purchased this machine"as is" used. I don't know much about how it works. And I don't have any plastic sheets to try it out. I plugged it in, turned on the ... moreswitch, and turned on the heating coils. As far as I can tell it is in working order. Both coils get very hot, and the vacuum has suction. Condition: This is an older used machine. And has some wear and scratches. Seems to be in working condition. The foam gasket around the heating plate is split and probably needs to be replaced.
