The hood is approx. 13 5/8" X 10 1/2" X 6 1/2" The base is approx. 12" X 9" X 9" The rectangle heating surface area is approx. 7 3/4" X 10 3/4" It weighs over 32 lbs. There is a Vac-U-Form label on each side of the hood. I can't find any other maker identification markings. There is an on/off switch on the front that controls the vacuum. There is also a dial on the front used to turn on the two heating Glocoil Cones above. They screw in like light bulbs. It will plug into a regular 110 outlet. History: I purchased this machine"as is" used. I don't know much about how it works. And I don't have any plastic sheets to try it out. We bought this machine in June 2005 and set it up only to decide to go another route on the project. This machine has zero production time and minimal setup time. Functionality is perfect. Aesthetically it could pass as new with some dusting. If you are a local buyer give me a heads up and I will take it down from the shelf it is on and let you run through a few cycles to see the performance of the machine. This comes with a fair amount of the plastic material. One roll is 48" wide and.0050" thick. The rest(11 full rolls) are 24" wide. All together this cost us around $15K when we purchased it and have held on to the machine and material this long out of hope to use it for a future project. This is a silicone mold for a hockey mask(jason mask) that I created using an old Jaques Plante hockey mask. Also included is a vacuum forming buck cast from this same mold. However. The buck has been modified a bit. The lighter areas on the surface is where I made modifications. This mold is meant to cast bucks for vacuum forming. In order to make use of this mold and buck you'll need a vacuum former. I will not help you build a vaccum former nor will I teach you how to use this mold. If you buy this I assume you know what you're doing. The pulls from this mold/buck do not have a perfect shape. However. With a little reshaping you'll have some very nice masks. I used this mold myself for a while.
