Other little parts on there as well. I don't trust the little diverter valve motor on the bottom. The sump housing has one of the two tabs that hold the stain filter broken off.

I bench tested this heater on a water filled tank/circ pump, and powered the heater with a GFCI source. The heater does not leak, heats fine and does not trip the GFCI. Having worked on a lot of tubs, I can tell by the plumbing connection that the heater is newer and not chemically abused. The inner plastic is barely faded or discolored. If your spa has freeze damage on the heater. Don't dismiss my listing and get something elsewhere sooner. Remove your heater completely, and bypass it with a 12" piece of tubing and a barbed elbow.
