Challenge Handy Padder Portable Padding Press Excellent Condition
Previously used a couple of times. But in excellent condition. I acquired this from a closed down horse race track. It was in the"promotions/printing room" The guy that worked there before they closed said they purchased it about 1 month before they closed. And that they only used it a couple of times. And from looking at it, I believe it! Yes. There are a couple of scratches here and there, and a very small amount of"glue residue" near the bottom, but very, very little. Martin Yale Padding Press - Padder
Padding press. Very heavy duty. All metal. 26" High, 21" wide, and 15" deep. Great condition but it has padding compound on it(no surprise there- that would be the case with any"used" padding press and does not effect functionality, it can be cleaned off) and some marks but completely functional. Much better than what is sold new today. Great item. If you are looking at this. And you don't know what it is- this is the function: It helps to makes note pads. Paper needs strongly compressed before adding padding compound. That is what this unit does. Placing the paper stacks in as shown in the pictures, you then clamp it to compress the paper, open the latches, add the padding compound, let it dry- then viola! Note pads of your own! If you are a crafter, you may like this. Any commercial printer would love to have ... moreit, works great and is much more durable than the new ones out there today for a fantastic price. Shipping is high because it is so heavy. 50 lbs. but I priced the unit so it would still be a great price even with shipping costs.
