Bostomatic 312 4 axis CNC Tool Changer Hi Speed Spindle w/Tooling
I apologize for the long description. This is a used Bostomatic model 312 CNC machine. Recently excessed by a major local organization. It was used in a research facility and never for production. It has every bell and whistle. And every option that was available. The tooling is all for fairly small diameter tools. So the machine apparently was never run very hard. Used for prototyping small parts. It is exceptionally clean.table. Inside cabinets, etc. There is some minor surface rust on the indexer-probably from water soluble oil that didn't get wiped down. No cut wires, and all the sheet metal, wire chases, pumps, chiller, etc. are included. Some parts are not shown in the photos as I can only show 12 pictures. I combined a bunch of photos to show most aspects of the machine.sorry for long load times. As far as I can tell after going ... moreall over it. It is complete. I was told it was functional before being decommissioned. I am not capable of(resonably easily) putting this machine back in to running order. And the hard drive was pulled. So, I've listed the machine for parts/repair. It is up to you to put humpty dumpty back together. This would also be an excllent candidate for a controller upgrade. As the cast iron is high quality, and the ATC and 4th axis, along with the vast tooling included would make it a(relatively) inexpensive full-blown CNC center. ================ Bostomatic 312 CNC.
