Item is used. It appears to be servicable with no major damage. some very light rust* im not sure of the taper. It looks like it could be 5c but I really don't know. length of cylindrical part from top of threads to bottom of shaft is about 3 5/16 inch. outside diameter of threaded part = 1.23 inches* outside diameter of the big round part = 2.97 inches* inside diameter of the gripping ring part on the bottom = 2.37 inches. But never got to it. This unit has a high speed spindle, an automatic tool changer of some sort, linear scales. There is a collet chuck built into the table as well. It would be the perfect machine for a small shop or garage with a little work. I haven't done anything with it, but this machine is just begging for a Mach 3 retrofit with a 15 or 17 inch touchscreen. I have the MPG for it. It looks highly accurate. This auction is for one Emco PC Mill 105 CNC Machine. This machine was purchased new from Emco and used it for a total of 100 hours or less. It is in amazing condition and has been in a climate controlled environment for its entire life. It comes with approx. $8.000 in toolholders. Toolholders include tap holders, several ER-16 collet chucks, shell mill holders and end mill holders. This machine has a 10 tool automatic tool changer. The mill currently has the Siemens 840D software set up on it. I will include the software CD that has FANUC and other software on it. This machine with the stand. Coolant system and toolholders was approx. $50,000 new and is still nearly new. The vise on the table is not included. This machine uses 230 volts AC. Single phase. This is common residential power. I recall that the small Hauser mills used 9mm collets and some milling spindles but I can't be sure exactly which ones. Most of ther collets have adjustable stops. In addition to the collets there are two spindles and a draw bar to suit. If you are building a special purpose machine. Then maybe these could be useful.
