BENCHMAN CNC MILLING MACHINE with 4th axis+ TOOL CHANGER
I offer a nice Benchman XT cnc milling machine/ machining center. It comes with 4th axis indexer. Tool changer(20 tools I believe) a good selection of toolholders. Also encludes the origional computer and control software windows based. I also have the Cam software sold for it but you will need to buy licence as it on another computer. I have a origional manual and some documents. I am a watch and clock maker we have other(small) cncs I bought this but never learned to use it or learned the software to br honest its way to much machine for me and takes up room I badly need. To the best of my knowledge it works fine it was running when I bought it. I can demo it jogging, computer works fine but selling it as is no returns as I I dont know how to run a program or provide tech support. I offer it with a low reserve. But never got to it. This unit has a high speed spindle, an automatic tool changer of some sort, linear scales. There is a collet chuck built into the table as well. It would be the perfect machine for a small shop or garage with a little work. I haven't done anything with it, but this machine is just begging for a Mach 3 retrofit with a 15 or 17 inch touchscreen. I have the MPG for it. It looks highly accurate. Dyna Myte 2400 CNC Mach 3 4 axis mill
Te first two pictures are movies of the mill in motion. Hi. I have a Dyna 2400 Milling machine CNC. Im not a CNC guru I will try to explain everything the best I can. 1st? is why am I selling the machine. When you come pick it up you will see I have a plethora of mills/CNCs. The money from this will be going into my G0704 project to finish it. Ive had the machine for 4 years the motors were gone on it.But Ive only fixed it 2 months ago. So I purchased 4 axis kit from xylotex. The stepper are 425oz. Any warranty I have from them will carry on to you. I also have a brand new 4th motor for a forth axis that goes with the mill if you ever decide to add the forth axis. The machine is older but as far as I can tell works good. Back lash is around x.004 y.003 z.001. Its has been under MACH3 control. I use solid works and solidcam for cad cam. Its ... morealways done whats it was told to. The limit switches work but I dont have the set up since Mach has a limit setting I did need them. The X axis moves 6.2in Y moves 5in and Z moves 4in but if you look in the pictures the head moves what looks like about(wasn't measured) 6 inches to clear different size work. The motor is a 1/5 horse power motor I believe 3 separate speeds belt driven and goes to 10.000 RPMS. It takes ER16 collets the spindle is a ER16. I have a set of 9 collets that go with the machine. 2 Tee nuts that go in the Tslots. small set of hold downs and some toe clamps I made to go to the machine. Theres also collet wrenches that go with the er set. The Dyna has a one shot oiler the is in perfect working condition. Please come by look at it any time before bidding/ buying it. Ask prior to and dont assume. Ive tryed to tell everything to the best of my knowledge. I willl ship if you set it up. If local I can arrange shipping for a small fee.

Bridgeport 3-Axis CNC Series 1 Knee Mill with Centroid Control single or 3 phase
Real 3-axis Bridgeport CNC machine equipped with a Centroid version 8 control and all the goodies to go with it! This machine looks& runs great for its age. As it started life a 1982 manual 9x42 mill. Sometime in the past few years before we purchased it, it was converted to a full 3-axis Centroid 8 system, running a Pentium processor. Everything on the CNC works well, including the remote pendant. Mill has programmable spindle and Erickson Quick Change tooling(see pictures of what is included) so it can make quick work of tool changes and different spindle speeds. Head sounds nice with no noticeable bearing or gear issues, and table moves smoothly under the control of CNC drive motors and ballscrews on X, Y, and Z axis. We're a production CNC shop. And we'd keep this if we had the room(I even thought about taking it home! but ... morewe need the space for other equipment, so this one has got to go since our shop is too small! Since nothing else in our shop uses the Erickson tooling, everything we have will be included!
