It has a 115/230 volt single phase 1 1/2 horsepower motor. 115/230 means you can set it to run on regular house plug or 230, you can see how to set it to either voltage in the picture showing the specs plate for the motor. It is setup for 230 volt right now with a plug that looks like this( This unit includes the jointer, catalog#37-350(little older model that is made in the Delta Base, catalog#52-672, and magnetic motor starter, catalog#52-704. Oliver 24" Jointer Model 24-KA-12 Woodworking Pattern Joiner Delta Grizzly
Up for your consideration is an Oliver 24" jointer Model 24-KA-12. The tag reads Machine No. 27355. Serial No. 12. One of the spokes on the the adjusting wheel on the in feed table is cracked, and the locknut has a broken ear. This does not affect the operation of the crank, but should be repaired. The journal for the worm gear on the same mechanism has a previous repair and it has cracked again(see photos) These are minor repairs. All adjusting parts and tables move freely. The motor is 220 volt 3 phase, 5 horsepower, 3600 rpm. One tag says GE Induction Motor, the other says Woods Shaftless Motor. I wired the machine and it ran nicely. The cover on the switch box is missing. The table is in good condition, but may need a little cleaning. The head unit has three knives and is round. The fence is in good condition, with no cracks or breaks. ... moreThe size of the table is 109" x 26" overall. The in feed table is 64 1/2" out feed table is 39 1/2" The basic footprint is 114" x 40" and it stands 33 1/2" from floor to top of the table. This machine probably weighs close to 3000 pounds. This listing is for a J.A. Fay& Egan used jointer mortise combo. This machine is a great piece to be restored. It has a round 4 blade rotor. Original fence, and mortising machine. The knives on the jointer measure 12" long. This unit has been sitting for some time. But the tables slide and the blades turn. There is no motor. Everything looks to be pretty complete. The knobs, gears, and castings are all in good shape. I did not see any cracks. I am not sure of the model number. These is a 308 cast in under the blades. Here is a used Powerkraft 6" jointer. in good condition. Belt driven. Please refer to all pics for details of condition. I bought this from an old man who told me that it still ran fine. I have NOT tested it. I spun the cutterhead and it seemed and sounded fine. Only test will be high speed. Bearings condition unknown. Good solid tool. Both in and outfeed tables raise and lower. Used Bridgewood 8" jointer, used, good condition, woodworking machine
Hello. I have a Bridgewood jointer for sale. 8 inch width, 67" over-all length. This jointer is used, it is in good condition, although it has some scuffs/ dings, and some staining and light pitting on the table. Will not affect usability. The tables should be aligned before using. This is a sliding dove-tail type setup.Comes with 2 sets of blades, they will need to be sharpened before use. 3 phase power, this is why I can't use it in my home shop, I don't have 3 phase at home. Feel free to email me for more photos. Local pickup, I can help load but it is heavy, you will need 2-3 strong people, additionally, to help. Buyer must pick up locally or arrange for pickup, including all expenses, packing, wrapping, palletizing, shipping and insurance.
