Sears Craftsman Band Saw 103.24550 no motor
Welcome I am selling an older 3 wheeled Craftsman band saw#103.24550. She's not pretty and is crying for a make-over but everything moves freely and the rubber on the wheels looks decent(see picture#5 for some very slight cracking) It has a nice heavy housing that can be easily restored.the"Craftsman" sticker is in good condition. The blade gaurd has a few light scratches. The table of course has some"color" due to use and age but over-all looks pretty good. There are spots with some rust on the mechanical parts(see picture#10)but again. I believe those areas can be smoothed out to look nice again. Again, it could use some TLC. Welcome I am selling a Craftsman scroll saw in good condition minus cosmetic scratches and stains(the worst is shown in picture#10) The table has some discoloration from time and use but still has the machining marks. The motor is a GE 1/4hp that sounds great.very quiet. It has some rusty areas and a"vintage" power cord/switch that works just fine but I would recommend replacement. This jointer is a classic right out of a working shop. It's still dusty from use. It is complete with a 1/2 horse power Craftsman motor. It was found in the store room of a old woodworking shop in a box that said"save for my grandson" I heard a fellow friend talking. The owner purchased the item to use and it was too small for the projects he was building so he put it way for the grandson.
