Lake or stream and start irrigating. FEATURES: 3 Solarex PV panels in series-6 volt each open circuit? SN but no M# Stainless Steel battery tray for up to 8 batteries. 1/7 hp pump motor as configured at 12 volts. Belt driven roller pump, Teel Epoxy coated on-board tank n(20 gallons? Work light above but don't know if it or lighting controller works. Don't know anything about the charge controller or if it works. Has LCD's for voltage. Current and power but sun has eaten outer layers of display cover and we have not seen a reading from them-not sure if they are even hooked up. There are a pair of current sensing shunts. ~650 pounds. 94 by 63 by 82" ... moretall. recommend buyer pickup-so they can check it out in person. Shipper not responsible for shipping damage if buyer insists on having it shipped. CONDITION: Looks older used but does pump water powered by only the sun when the sun is shinning. Motor cables were cut off so would need to be repaired. No batteries. Doubt that is optimally efficient. Cells have brown in the middle and cracks in the base material. Pump could stand rebuild or replacement but it works The water gallons meter and pressure gauge work. We don't know if any of the electronics work. Rotometer type flowmeter works but is hard to read due to staining or oxidation. The LCD panel meters have sun damage-no idea if they actually work. We do not have any documentation. Sold as-is. You are bidding on a pre-owned Otterbine concept#2 pond pump which is a 3 horsepower. 230 volt, 3 phase stainless steel unit. The float is in great condition and the unit is very large in size. By purchasing this unit you are going to save thousands of dollars from buying a new one. This one has been meticulously maintained by trained technicians. It was serviced once a year by a factory authorized dealer in central New Jersey. During the servicing they will change the 2 gallons of special nonelectrical conductive oil. Change the seals, and will run a bench test to assure the unit works. They also test and confirm that the unit does not conduct electricity while in water. This unit was in good working condition when it was pulled out of service. However I cannot test it. I am not an electrical expert and it also requires a control box to ... moreplug into the pump. I found someone south of me that is selling brand new ones for $150. This is a very large unit and is an incredible value for the money. The motor is being stored indoors currently to protect it from the exterior weather. Please look at the pictures carefully and thank you for looking.
