They built superior quality gear which every technician dreamed of owning. This listing is for an HP 608C VHF signal generator. Serial number 010-02831. This beautiful piece of vacuum tube technology covers the frequency range of 10-480 MHz in five bands. Tuning is incredibly precise, and the instrument includes many extra features(see front panel) Construction is very rugged(see photos 6 and 7) HP built these units for field work as well as laboratory bench testing, so they were very tough.
