My Father and I purchased this new and installed it in our RV with plans of camping in Luxury.run the Air. Televisions etc. His Wife on the other hand had plans of Parking at a RV park at Lake of the Ozarks where there was power.lol So the end result is it was only used a couple of times and the Tech at Onan that just fine tuned the new Carb and adjustments verified(see photo#4) That this generator only has 24 hours on it and runs great. It needed a new carb due to lack of use and that was purchased in 9/6/2012 but not installed until July of this year then I took it to a certified Onan Repair shop to fine tune and it has a clean bill of health. Onan Generator 4000 Watt GenSet Emerald Plus Works Great!
Up for auction is a very nice Onan GenSet 4000 Generator. It is an Emerald Plus. This is one of the nicer setups I have seen. It comes with a Brand New 12 volt Battery. The Generator starts right up. Runs like a dream and puts out power. We tested with our shop vacuum and a 14" chop saw. It worked great. Please note that it has a hand winch that can be used to pull the generator into position if necessary. The wheels are all in good condition and I just love the fuel tank. It runs on gasoline. We also noted that the Unit is very quiet. The muffler appears to be near new. Due to the weight and size, I am asking for the buyer to pickup after the sale.
