This thing looks absolutely brand new inside. It only has 102 hours on it. We actually bought it from Pacific Bell ten years ago and sold it to a customer here in the Los Angeles area. We delivered it to him then and he never installed it. He actually bought all of the new switch gear and the transformer but never hooked it up. He now asked us to pick it up from his place and sell it for him. It's tall because there is a huge fuel tank inside of the enclosure sitting under the generator. This appears to be a sound proof enclosure. There is some rust on the outside of the unit near the bottom as you can see in the photo. But other than that everything else basically looks brand new.
