At idle when unit is running correctly the frequency is within spec. At idle when the unit is running correctly the motor is running within the correct RPM range. All outlets produce correct power. These tests were carried out with a digital voltmeter. This unit has NOT been tested on a load bank. The battery included with this unit is ... morebad and will need to be replaced. This unit does not include a recoil style starter. The user's manual is included along with the wheel kit and handle.
