They could both use some cleaning and lube but with that you can make one very nice reel and a parts one unless you have an extra cover laying around. Push button repeat at demand. Superb& perfect enamel dial. 1/2& hour strike with push button repeat. The bevelled glass looks perfect on the top& all around. Original platform. The clock works well& keeps good time. I think it goes for 2 weeks. It strikes but the striking side is quite dirty& skips at times. The handle is ornate and out of the ordinary. Vintage Smith's English Clock Systems Interval 2 Hour Industrial Alarm Clock
Found at an estate sale this clock is awesome. It times from 1 minute to 2 hours and the alarm is LOUD. Look at the pics. The upper right arm is pulled down to wind the clock as well as the alarm, the lower arm is fixed and is meant to assist the pulling down of the upper arm. You can see in the pics it is mounted on a base that has 4 holes to screw down to something. I notice that if you pull the right arm down all the way the clock will sometimes stop and a quick tap will start it again the same if the clock is not level, I think it needs a cleaning.
