Vintage Regula 25 Two Door Black Forest Musical Cuckoo Clock 3 Pine Cone Weights
This is for an original. Vintage, Regula 25, two door Black Forest, musical cuckoo clock made in Germany between 1946 and 1966, with 3 pine cone weights. This is the best I can do on the date because Regula was not even trademarked until 1966 and there are no marking on the clock to date it with and I am not a clock guy. This clock came out of a climate controlled storage unit in Texas where it had been stored for over 37 years along with several pre war items that were rapped with dated newspaper from the mid 1970's. The items that were stored in the unit were owned by a Captain in the military at the time stationed overseas so this may have came from the area when he was there in the 40's- 50's. Look at the pictures and see for yourself on condition. Both bellows need replaced. I don't know if the music box works because ... morelike I said I am not a clock guy and this unit needs to be cleaned and serviced. I don't want to take a chance on something breaking.
