For your consideration is a Sesame Model 100 door walk through door opener. The opener. Electronic lock, remote, cable and 110 volt wall charger are included. What is in the photos is what is being sold and nothing more. I have tested this and it appears to work. I did not have it attached to a door when tested. The remote needs a bottom type battery which is not included. The main power pack battery is part of the opener assembly. The battery is in need of charging but I did plug it in and it did function with the test button. Check the return policy and I will accept a return if it fails to function for you. Ricon handicap lift with door extensions
This lift is in working condition. It is well used. Included is the main lift. Attached controller, and door hardware for automatic door opening. This lift does have roost areas but is structurally sound. There is one piece missing that makes the left side go down at just the right time to lock in. It also keeps the left side steady while driving. Because this is missing the left side will bang while driving hence the bungee chord. It was used like this for many many years with no real issue but replacing that piece of hardware shouldn't really be a problem. The lift is about 20 or so years old and we checked to make sure it f was in working order before removing it. It is EXTREMELY heavy so you will need help loading it. Please see pics for any blemishes and ask any questions prior to bidding.

LCN 4640 door operator. It is slightly used. It was installed for a couple weeks and removed. I've had it for a couple years with hopes of needing it for another job but I no longer have the space to store it. It is basically brand new. Guaranteed to work exactly as it should.
