AND it has its original sliding glass doors! As far as I can see they are in good condition(need to be cleaned really well. But no major chips or cracks that I can see) As you can see. It does have chippy paint. We are selling 9 used exterior glass doors constructed of metal that we previously used as the front doors to our church and as side doors to our sanctuary. Price: $200 each. This non-negotiable price is a bargain price for heavy duty commercial grade metal doors like these. Dimensions: 83 1/4 tall x 37 3/4" Wide. These White painted metal doors were installed new in our church in the early 1990s. And served us well for a 16 years. After Hurricane Wilma, as part of our remodeling process, we upgraded all of our external doors, lobby area, tiling, and changed our stage to wood floors. We were holding on to these doors as a backup door system, but now we no longer need these doors as we are moving back to our original sanctuary building one block west, and liquidating everything in this building. These doors are in good usable condition. ... moreThey are metal painted white, have reflective tinting, and come with the Jackson Model 1085 Exit Device(Panic Bar) which is the industry standard in aluminum panic bars for commercial doors, ready for years of use. If you need to get any parts to adapt to your location, there's plenty of online stores with parts and adapters for commercial doors. For people who do this for a living, this should be a piece of cake for you. There may be a few adapter parts missing, and you might need to buy adapter parts to mate the door pins to your specific door frame. Two of these doors have key locks to allow you to unlock from the outside with a key. The rest of the doors are locked by dogging pin method while you stand inside the building. And there is no way to lock or unlock from the outside, it has to be done from inside the building. Large Vintage Industrial Heavy Duty Steel Metal Wall Cabinet Sliding Glass Doors
For auction is one fantastic industrial steel cabinet with sliding glass doors. It is in excellent condition. And is as high-quality and heavy-duty as they get. Each door has double-strength glass encased in a metal frame with recessed stainless pulls. It comes with three adjustable metal shelves(only one is pictured in the cabinet) and all shelf clips are accounted for. It is painted a light gray and there are very few scratches throughout, except for the bottom edge, which has a lot of wear. There are also some larger scratches on the left side of the interior(pictured) but you don't really notice them once the shelves are in. It has been thoroughly cleaned and is ready for use. Doors are still on site and vary in size from 5' wide to 12' wide and all appear to be about 9' tall. Most have old paint on them, but all are wood core and metal clad. They have multiple brass tags on them from the Leonard Sheet Metal Works Co Inc, Hoboken, NJ. Last patent date is September 10, 1912. Probably anywhere between 5-6 doors available. For sale: 100'x85' metal building complete with two cargo doors. Several walk-thru doors, windows, and two large hvac units. Both cargo doors are electrically controlled Twelve walk-thru doors(eight double doors and four single doors) Five windows This is complete metal construction(no wood pieces at all) Mostly bolt together construction. Only a few purlins were welded in. Most were bolted on with brackets. Very minor welding needed for erecting the building. I labeled all of the frame pieces. Purlins, windows, doors, and external sheeting. I have diagrams which show how it all goes back together. I also have measurements for the bolt patterns for all of the posts and poles. I only have four pictures here, but I have several more and also several cell phone videos showing the building and how it was numbered. Building has four support ... morepoles running down the center of the building. One each at the 20' 40' 60' and 80' points. The 10' cargo door is located on a long side. The 12' cargo door is located on a short side. One of the vertical posts was inadvertently cut off during deconstruction. It will need to be re-welded. One other post was slightly twisted. But should be easily straightened with a backhoe. One of the C-channel pieces was dented, but should be able to be pounded out. Everything else came down without damage. I even have buckets of bolts and screws from taking down the building. Building is deconstructed and located in Meridian. MS. Item for sale locally so auction may be ended at any time. 32 Thirty Two Antique Vintage Solid Interior Wood Doors Glass+ Metal Knobs 1920s
I have remodeled a 1920's Quadplex and in the process removed all the interior doors. I believe they are the original hardwood doors and are antique/vintage. They are all solid wood. They have been painted numerous times over the years and need to have the paint stripped off and probably need to be sanded down and refinished. Some of the doors have glass door knobs. Some have metal door knobs, some are missing the door knobs completely. There are varying sizes(I have complied a list below with the door sizes and approximate weight of each door below) I was only able to post 12 pictures for this auction, but I have a picture of every door that is the subject matter of this auction.
