Up for auction is a used St Charles cabinetry bar setup. These were taken out of a house that was built in 1967. Included is the base cabinets. Original laminate countertop, wood upper bar counter top and Elkay sink. The sink cabinet is a front face only(no base cabinet) The base cabinets measure 24" wide x 30 1/2" high x 12" deep, 12" wide x 30 1/2" high x 12" and the sink face cabinet is 39" wide x 30 1/2" high and one 2 3/4" wide x 30 1/2" high filler strip. The laminate countertop measures 80" long at it's longest x 43 1/2" at it's widest. The right door with the mirror opens up to some locker sized shelves. The two other doors open outwards and there's a bar to hang coats. Uniforms, etc. across the top. The cabinet is accessible all across the bottom to all three doored sections. I do not have keys for the locks. But the locks are standard and could be swapped out for new keyed locks if wanted. It was most likely used in a shop or garage environment and there are definite signs of rust and a few blems(please see pics with areas denoted in orange) I have never.ever.seen a cabinet like this. 2 Restored Vintage GF Metal Lawyers Barrister Stacking Bookcase Glass Doors
Holy hotness! For sale is one of two fully-restored General Fireproofing 3-tier metal lawyers bookcases. Professionally painted in an RAL 3001 Signal Red catalyzed lacquer. Each bookcase has three identical sections with glass doors that flip up and slide back. The glass has been thoroughly cleaned and the original aluminum pulls have been polished. Each one also has a metal plug on the bottom section where a lock or something used to be. Each section is attached to the other with four small metal screws. While they have been professionally restored. One does have a couple of minor imperfections, namely two very shallow impressions on the very top; one of about and inch and a half wide near one end and another tiny 1/4" ding. I have photographed both. These absolutely stunning bookcases would look fantastic in any contemporary or vintage ... moreinterior needing a flash of intense color! These are being listed on behalf of the YMCA to help defray building decommissioning and clean out costs. We do not have the time. Staff or resources to split this lot up and ship in in smaller lots. Please read removal and pick up instructions at the end of this section. LOCKER DESCRIPTION and CONDITION These are LYONS 12” x 12” Box lockers When they are dismantled from one another. The original stacks are 1 Door wide x 5 Doors high. We have 100 of these stacks = 500 Doors Each Door has ... morea combination lock. We do have the original list with all combinations as well as a second master number that works on them all. HOWEVER. We have not tested nor will we test all of the lock operations. These stacks of lockers are currently attached to other stacks in runs of anywhere between 10 and 25 stacks long. They are attached with very narrow and light grade machine bolts and nuts. Not sure of the exact size(maybe 1/8 by 3x4 bolts. But that’s a guess) I would highly suggest the winning bidder disassemble stacks with a pneumatic or electrical chisel- knocking off the thin gauge bolts and nuts. These are used–older-vintage lockers and the condition is as follows: The outsides actually held up well in the original dull beige paint-with the expected occasional scratches and minor dents. The insides of the lockers did not have the same paint treatment as the outside and do have surface rust on shelving. Sides and bases. 95% + of the original LYONS NUMBER TAGS are in place. 95% + of the doors are completely operational as is but would benefit from oil and a tweak of locking clasp here and there. Since the machine was used and in order to meet the precise tolerances my doors required. I paid extra to have new bearings installed in both swing arms and to have a repair Tech recalibrate the swing arms to bring the machine tolerances back to the original factory specifications. I’ve now closed my cabinet shop and no longer need this great machine. It has made me a lot of money over the years and right up to the point I shut down the shop I was personally using it daily and I can attest to quality of work it does. This particular saw is the D45 model. Which has 2- 1 ½ HP motors(one on each blade) that runs on 3 phase electric 220/440V. The saw blades ... moreare 12” in diameter and are extremely thick to prevent flexing as the blade enters the material. A foot pedal pneumatically operates the blade up and down cycle while simultaneously activating the material hold down clamps so that your material cannot move. I built an in-feed table and an out-feed table that allow even the longest of material to rest comfortably on the machine. I also bought CTD’s Acc-U-Measure Fence System. Which makes cutting multiples of precise sizes quick and easy. I paid $3800 for the machine when I bought it from Redmond Machinery. I paid around $500 for the measuring fence and stop, which I bought directly from CTD and I paid $360 for both saw blades, which I purchased from Meyer Laminates. Vintage Metal Kitchen Wall Cabinets, most with Glass Doors
I purchased these 5 cabinets from an estate. They have been painted several times and may have been avocado originally. I cleaned and repainted each of these cabinets and installed them in my apartment less than a year ago. I am now moving out of state and need to sell them off. There is some rust damage that I cleaned and painted over. But generally none is visible with the shelf liners in place(I will include the shelf liners, they were a pain to cut, so that will save the next owners some work. They are clean and washable spongy liners) Each cabinet has a removable metal panel in the bottom shelf. They taper in from top to bottom. And have rounded edges. The glass is frosted and horizontally ribbed. The door tracks are wooden. 3 cabinets have 2 unbroken door panels, 1 cabinet only has one door panel(I did not install, it needs to be cleaned ... moreup, see pic) and the refrigerator cabinet has one unbroken panel, and 1 panel I had to glue together. The glued panel has held up well since I installed; functional, but not the most attractive. They are easy to install. Each cabinet has a metal bracket(see picture) that needs to be secured to the wall. Then the cabinets are hung on the brackets. There are 2 screw holes inside each cabinet that can be used to further secure the cabinets to the wall. Dimensions: 2 = 24"Wx30"Hx15"D(at deepest point near top) 2 = 21"Wx30"Hx15"D. 1 = 30"Wx18"Hx15"D.
