From a state surplus sale. We have here a Raynor Powerhoist PHSH411 RC2. See Raynor's page to see what this is for: http:www.raynor.com/products/powerhoist.cfm. It's basically the operator box that the push buttons are connected to, and is also used to adjust when and where the door stops. This is done by mosving two gears along a screw. The screw is connected to the drive chain of the door, so when the door moves the screw turns and the gears slide along it until they activate the switches that tell it to stop. I got a whole bunch of these at the sale, which means they probably are just fine, and the state decided to install some other control system. Aside from paint overspray the almost look brand new. This lot is for a white metal recessed wall cabinet. The metal cabinet weighs 30 pounds prior to packaging. The face frame measures 16 3/4" W x 31 3/4" H. The door measures 12 3/4" W x 27 1/2" H. The inside of the cabinet measures 11 7/8" W x 26 3/4" H x 7 3/8" D. The recessed portion of the cabinet measures 12" W x 27 1/8" H x 7 1/2" D. The glass window measures 8 1/8" W x 7 1/4" H. VINTAGE SOLID BRASS INDUSTRIAL FLOOR WALL MOUNT DOOR STOP WITH HOOK
Here for your consideration is a vintage brass floor door stopper with hook. It measures 3 inches from the base to the top. Screw in portion measures 2.5 inches. Hook reaches 2.5 inches from the side and is used to secure a door open that has a door closer. The door stop is in very good condition. It has some very light rust on the screw portion, however this does not stop it from turning all the way in. The build up that was below the base(portion that meets the floor) was from a silicone caulk that is for the most part removed. Top portion has a few dents. No cracks of splits in the brass. Rubber portion of the stopper is completely intact with no cracks of breaks. Please review the photos carefully as they are an important part of the description and ask questions.
