Scratches, minor corrosion, replaced rivets with small nuts and bolts) of age and use. The guard m easures: 12.5" tall. 33 1/4" wide and 1/2" thick; and it weighs just under 2 lbs. A very rare double sided with an aluminum handle"Take home Kern's bread and rolls" door push. There is still some if the original wrapping when it was new stuck on one side and other pieces here and there on the other side. Some paint missing at the very bottom-minor! A few minor scratches at various places. A bolt and nut is missing from one of the holes. It measures 11 3/4 inches wide at the bottom; it's 9 inches from top to bottom where the handle is located; the shoe curved part is 13 inches. It's painted heavy metal for its size. I can't even tell you where I got this door knob set or who even makes it. The metal is a cast Aluminum non magnetic compound heavier than your regular aluminum stock. The pattern on each end of the knob appears to be mythical creature of a Dragon with Wings or a Dragon with a Lions body with wings. Either way I'm told by my wife I bought this at a auction years ago and she thinks I paid to much as she went to the truck only final winning bid but she doesn't remember what I paid. It is approximately 17" x 11" 10" and is in great vintage used condition with no serious issues, the vinyl along bottom is pulled out a little where the hinge for door comes through but it could be reglued, the"BREAD" plate on front is very nice as is Bakelite knob, the manufacturer is marked inside the knob. sides and back have the punched hole patterns for air and it does look like a shelf was originally inside but I did not get one with it. It could use a good cleaning/polishing but it looks very nice as it is. Door does stay open if opened all the way but will pull closed on it own if pushed up abit.
