This unit was certified on March 18. 1955 and was signed by the certifier. The volt ranges are as follows: Volt Range- 3/ Resistance Ohms@ 25 degrees C- 3.000. Volt Range- 30/ Resistance Ohms@ 25 degrees C- 30.000. Volt Range- 300/ Resistance Ohms@ 25 degrees C- 300.000. Each one shows that in 1955 it was compensated accordingly. Serial number is 63744. I would rate it's overall condition to that of being used with its age showing. The handle is made of leather. The dark area's on the lid that folds down is where the plastic got damage.
