Claas varant 180 Roto cut round hay baler
up for sale is a 1998 claas180 roto cut hay baler. This baler will make up to a 72" bale that is 4' wide. The baler needs work it was my primary baler because it net wraps. My new Holland is strictly string tie for sale also check my outer auctions. The baler was working great and then the cylinders that hold the gate locks closed started leaking so I removed them and had them rebuilt after reinstating I cannot get the bale chamber bleed out and the hydraulics won't compress the bale tight it will still bale and wrap just wont compress the bale. We no longer have a claas dealer around here and I didn't know what to do so i had hay down so i bought a new baler now am just trying to recoop some of my money. Up for auction is a nice new Holland baler string tie only. The monitor no longer works you can purchase a new one from NH for $500. I didn't replace the only thing it did was beep when full I just watch the gauge on the baler. Belts are new and only have 45 bales on them we used it this season and it works great. Its a twine baler. Takes at least a 80hp tractor to run it. Nice averge baler. It has a counter on it. But its one of those that has been started over. So it says like 40 bales on it. But I don't think it has baled a lot of hay. I got it from a New Holland Dealer. The previous owner took care of it. I can tell that. Sales tax will apply if your not tax exempt. Baler Belt Set for John Deere Round Hay Baler
This is a set of 6 belts off my John Deere 435 round baler. I recently did a total rebuild on the baler so decided to replace the belts at the same time. They are genuine John Deere Belts. Two 425" part#AE52287) and Four 430.5" part# AE52288) One belt is still on its third step. As they are when new, the other five are on the second step. I would say they are about 50% to 60% depth of tread compared to new. There are no tears or repairs in them but they have a few scuffs as shown in the pictures. They are in good serviceable shape with the heavy Mako fasteners. You will need to buy 6 new pins from John Deere( $2.85 each) New belts like this are $360.00 each or $ 2160.00 a set at the local John Deere dealer. Shipping rate is for continental U.S. only. THE BALER DOES NOT COME WITH A MONITOR! It was accidently backed over and ruined shortly after we purchased it while we were trying to back into a tight spot in a barn to hook it up. For that reason, my brother simply hooked in a manual switch into the bale tension regulator for manual bale tension control… but as far as I know all the electronics are still in place where if the new owner wanted to purchase a new monitor for it they could… we just chose to use it without one for the last 5 years

1990 Vicon RP1510 Round Hay Baler 5x6
Up for bids is a 1990 Vicon RP1510 Round Hay Baler. Makes 5'x6' 1500# Bales Pretty decent shape. Belts have some wear but aren't worn out. Pickup teeth are all there. Drive chains look good. They have an auto oiler that engages on every bale eject. Tires are good. Has some surface rust under the paint. And has had a little bang up repaired on the pickup head guards on the left side(see pic) I have had this hooked up and spun it over. Everything rotates freely as it should. I have not personally baled with it. This is a fixed chamber baler. Hydraulic gage tells you when it is done. Uses only one hydraulic remote(tailgate lift/close) Twine tie is accomplished via a cat's paw mechanism that engages when the twine is released to catch the rotating bale. I do not have a manual.
