This is a John Deere Square Bale Knotter Assembly that came off of a JD 224T square baler that was in working order and used up till two years ago. It will fit on a 24T. 224T, 336 JD Balers. The roller on the knive arm has some wear but did not seem to affect the funtion of the knotter. The baler miss tied about one bale for every 200 bales it put out, I think this may have had something to do with how tight i pack my bales because if i set the tension lower it very seldom missed a bale but made lighter bales. I purchased this hay baler with the intention of using on my 15 acres. But that plan never came to fruition. I purchased this about 5 years ago on Ebay and the seller at that time assured me that it was field ready. I have never tried it so I cannot honestly make that claim. McCormick International Harvester 47 square baler. It's an oldie but a goody. Makes really tight bales. The knives are sharp and the needles are in new condition. I have a NEW belt for the auger. John Deere 24t square baler
For sale is a John Deere 24t small square hay baler. I bought it to begin haying on my 8 acre property. However the USAF deployed me for a year. And then gave me a new assignment in Florida when I returned, so I've got to move on, and therefore I'm selling the baler. The baler is in pretty good condition considering it's been sitting outside for about 2 years. The sheet metal has dings. But the important parts, like the knotters and baling mechanism are in great condition. It definitely needs a good power spraying followed by a thorough greasing. Also, there is not much rust to speak about. The only rust that I deem mentionable is limited to the bottom of the chute where the bale is coming out. But it's not going to affect the function, limited to a small location, and is easily repaired. New Holland 273 Hay Square Baler Tractor Deere Farmall
Up for bids is a New Holland 273 Square Baler. Has 1/4 turn chute for setting bales on the side to be picked up with bale wagon. Needles are in good shape with no repairs. Knotters have wear but aren't worn out. Baler is in usable condition with some issues. The first issue is it will need the pickup fingers and two of the pickup bands replaced. The second issue is that it misses alot of ties on bales. We baled some straw with it last summer. It will need some adjustment on the right side knotter as it is not wanting to wipe the knot off of the bill hook. New Holland 68 Hay Square Baler Tractor Deere Farmall
Up for bids is a New Holland 68 Hayliner Square Baler. Needles look good with no repairs. Bale chamber looks good and not rusted out. Bed and shear knives look okay. Could probably use sharpening. Knotters have wear but are functioning. Pickup head has a bent guide hoop that needs straightened but is functional. Pickup teeth are okay. Has wagon chute and wagon hitch. Tongue has had some repair(see picture) PTO driveline in working condition. Has a couple of guard panels missing, one on the outside of the pickup head and the other on the backside by the hay feed forks. Overall average but usable condition with no defects known to prevent operation. We had this baler hooked up and cycled it through this weekend. Everything appears in working order. Knotters are in time and working. No unusual noises, clangs, or bangs. We have not baled with ... moreit but can see no reason why it wouldn't do the job. Please check out my other items. Massey Ferguson 124 Square Baler Pick up Guards or Shields
I am selling the pickup guards or shields off of a Massey Ferguson 124 baler. I understand these will also work on a 120/126/128/130 baler. But please check for yourself before buying. These are USED guards, so they will have some rust, dings and scrapes, but are still quite usable. These are $150 apiece new from Massey( Agco) You are buying ONE, but can take up to 10.
