Up for auction is this Vintage. Hickok Video Generator, Model 650C. I have no operating manual for this unit, but they are available on the Internet. Photo 2 shows unit powering up. No further testing has been done. Please see ALL photos closely. Unit does show some"grime" scratching, scuffing, some dirt and some minor rust. Does have 2 tags(photos 9& 10) that are tied to handle with string. Yellow tag is an inspection check tag that shows serial number and other calibration/inspection information. The red tag(should be readable in photo) reads: NOTICE. The 2 screws found in the rear of the case are used primarily for protection of the R.F. assembly in transportation. These may be removed when the instrument is permanently located. Those 2 screws appear to be there. Power cord shows some"kinks" in it from being stored ... morein"hole" photo 5) There are no breaks or cuts in power cord. 2 test leads show some"crackling" of the insulation. Due to being wrapped(photo 1) around instrument. Wires are not broken, but there is a"cut" in the insulation. Plastic"face-plates" show no cracks. Could not find a date of manufacture. This looks to be in working order but I do not have any idea how to test it(we don't even have a CRT in the house! I cannot guarantee that it works. Sold AS-IS. I bought his tube-tester and new/old stock of tubes. And this was in the bottom of the box, so I can only guess that it’s from the same period: 50s or‘60s. There is no manufacturer information on it and I think this is a one-of-a-kind unit he built himself. It’s a cube that measures about 6” and as you can see in the picture it does power up. Hickok Vintage TV Linearity Pattern GeneratorModel 620
This is a VINTAGE machine. I cannot find a date of Manufacture on it but if I had to guess I would say it went back to the 60's or 70's. It lights up and seems to vibrate so I would assume that it works. The power wire needs to be replaced because it is dried out and hard to unwind from the bracket on the back. This old model VA48 analyzer comes with the original set up booklet. Warranty(still attached to the handle) and cords, all of which seem to be in near pristine condition. The only'flaw' on the machine is a few light scuffs on the metal band on the top edge(see pic's) otherwise appears to have been seldom if ever used. Vintage Sencore TV Speed Aligner Including Cables and Manual, Partially Tested.
Up for auction is a vintage CRT TV Speed Aligner model SM158 made in the USA by Sencore. The instrument comes with 4 cables and a manual. To be honest I don’t have a clue how to test this device but I did hook it up to my old oscilloscope and managed to get a sign wave signal out of it. The only other thing I know for sure that works is the red power switch lights up when turned on. However. The physical appearance of this device shows absolutely no signs of abuse and is scratch and dent free so I am quite confident it does in fact work. Vintage Sencore ST66 Stereo TV Analyzer MTS/FM Stereo With Manual Very Nice
This is a vintage Sencore ST66 Stereo TV Analyzer. It came from the stock of a radio. Cb, ham, electronic repair shop that we recently bought out. It is in excellent condition. This is used to test, troubleshoot and align the MTS(Multichannel TV Sound) system and MTS decoders in stereo televisions. It can also be used to test and align FM stereo radios. The unit has a built-in video pattern generator and an MTS stereo generator for signal injection into the different stages for testing and aligning. The case, handle, pull-out instructions and instrument panel are in excellent condition. Since taking the pictures I have found and am including the original 44 page manual and the schematics and parts list. No cables, adapters or power supply are included. This also can use an optional 12 volt battery model BY234 for portable operation. The power ... moresupply is a standard 12 volt 1.2 amp transformer. The Sencore model is PA241. For testing purposes I borrowed a PA241 from a Sencore PA81 Stereo Power Amp Analyzer that I will be listing shortly. I plugged in the unit and it powered up. I connected the RF output to my plasma screen TV and was able to display all video test patterns and hear the different audio frequencies on both left and right channels. Up for auction is a B&K Model 1076 Television Analyst. It belonged to my grandfather who was a television/ radio repairman in the 50's and 60's. It was stored inside the house in his work shop. I plugged the unit in and when powered on the red indicator light on the front panel powered up as seen in the photos. While powered up. I lifted the top cover and various tubes where lit and showed power as seen in the photos. There is a CRT type tube inside which is purple/blue in color when unit is on. I remember my grandfather using this unit all the time in his work and taking good care of it. For its age. The unit is in great condition. 2-1950's Telematic Tele-Checks The black marks on the screen are pieces of foam on the one on the left and some tar or something like that on the right one. Both should clean up just fine. Though the one on the left does have some phosphor spots as described below. Portable CRT and Yoke Assembly. I have 2 of these units and don't remember where I got them decades ago. It might have been from our local technical high school that gave me their tube-era stuff when they quit teaching that technology. Both units look quite nice on the outside. I have not cleaned them up at all. One has some black marks on the screen of the CRT. It looks like it would clean up with some solvent or razor blade. The CRT looks good. Visually. The second CRT has the a mark in the phosphor near the center of the screen and the yoke has had all the wires cut ... moreoff which is why I think it came from the High School. Seems like they mostly took things apart. Anyway. These are cool looking and I'll include both for one low price. I'm sure you can make one good one or two cool display units. Several pieces of literature will be included. According to the booklet(dated 1956) The Telecheck unit is used to check. Both quickly and accurately whether or not the yoke or picture tube of a TV set, regardless of its make or model, are defective. All my items are UNTESTED. This is a very clean Leader model LCG 388 color bar pattern Generator. All patterns are stable and working. The color killer functions correctly as well. I used it to converge my RCA Victor CTC7 Grenoble and no longer have a need for the unit. All leads are intact as shown. Four color coded leads(one for each gun and black for chassis ground) are in good shape as is the detachable 300 ohm output twin lead. The storage compartment has rubber band residue where they deteriorated but this is the only cosmetic issue. The panel markings and case are in great shape and it appears to have had little use.
