This is a JDSU/Acterna/Wavetek CLI-1450 Cable TV RF Signal Level Meter. This diagnostic device is normally used by video installers to test the integrity of coaxial cables used for television signal transmission. This same unit is branded by JDSU. Acterna and Wavetek- they are all the same unit. Unit is in good condition with scuffs and marks from normal field usage. Unit properly powers on. Display looks to be in good shape and all buttons are working properly. I was able to navigate through various menus and view/change settings as well. There's one line at the top of the display that sometimes does not immediately appear when the unit is turned on, although within a minute of using the device it appears normally.
