We were able to test both units out with a function generator and found them to be working correctly. Please refer to the pictures provided below for more details on the condition of the item. The Tektronix 1420 NTSC Vectorscope is a compact television equipment testing device designed to display and measure chrominance information from a composite-color video signal. The chrominance information. Saturation, and hue are displayed on the CRT in a polar-plot fashion.
