This is the owners packet that came with a 1960s Lincwelder AC-180-S Arc Welder and the dates I could find on the various documents are 1962.1964 and 1965. Some of these are double sided and the students guide has 27 pages to it. The original envelope in in rough shape but the rest of the documents look like they just sat in the envelope for 50 years. The large wall poster is 21 1/2" X 16 1/2" Look carefully at the pics as there may be some minor tears, fold marks or stains. Sold AS IS.

The manuals are written in English and Japanese and cover safety, maintenance/inspection, and proper use. The chuck manual has 28 pages and the cylinder manual has 19 pages. Even though the manual is for a B-200, the operation and maintenance is the same for larger or smaller chucks. The manuals are in very good condition with no writing. Torn pages, or greasy fingerprints. They are not as clean as they were when they were new and recently printed and have a few marks on the covers. These came with a cnc lathe and were never really used. The lathe spent its life working with collets. The tan booklet is quite ragged with stains and tears to the pages throughout the booklet and the covers are grimy. It’s all there but“well-used. The blue booklet’s covers are faded and the pages are lightly tanned but it’s in good condition considering its age. Now. You may be asking the same question I did… what the heck is a WILCOLATOR? It’s actually a thermostat that controls the temperature of a gas oven. Apparently before there were WILCOLATORS. People sat in the kitchen watched the gas flame and manually controlled the flow of gas to the oven by turning the gas cock up and down. To use this gizmo you are instructed to turn the gas cock completely open. Set the temperature on the WILCOLATOR and light the oven with a kitchen match.
