This is a CROSBY gauge. Reads 0 to 10,000 LBS. PER SQ. INCH- 100 LB. SUBDIV. CROSBY- WELDED. I think it might be brass, it has gold colors where the edge is scuffed and the paint is off, also a magnet does not stick to it anywhere, except the threaded fitting with the red cap on. The front diameter is 5 and 1/4 inches, and the face itself is 4 and 1/8 inch diameter, and the back is 6 inch diameter with the mounting holes in it. I don't think the gauge was ever used, other than a couple of light scuff marks on the edge, it is clean.
