The item is fully functional and ready to run. I personnally used it infrequently for three years and I liked it a lot. As you can see from the picture. The CRT is bright and sharp(any blurr or discoloration on the screen is a photographic artefact) There is some screen burn visible when the unit is turned off, but it does not affect image quality. There is also a small crack on the front-under corner plastic frame(see picture) But this is not visible from the front and does not affect integrity. Otherwise this is en excellent unit, fully functional. I am quite fussy when it comes to test equipment condition, and this one easily passes my criteria. What you see is what you get.
