Only flaw is one of the vertical plastic foot covers which is broken but the metal foot is whole, and the equipment does stand up vertically as well. It powers up but that was all the test I was able to do. I bought it from a reputable T&M dealer at the request of a Telecom service customer some 20 years ago. My customer went out of business and I have been hauling it across the country since then. After all that storage time and transportation, I am selling it AS IS, no returns, buyer pays by Paypal within 3 days of end of auction and I will ship economy to the 48 contiguous states.
