CRT looks much better in person. its blurred in the pics because the camera lens was dirty. there is some mild screen burn but nothing that would make you annoyed or fault your readings. just very minor and normal and at the bottom only, This is a 30 hz to 2.9 ghz hp spectrum analyzer. But with the optional mixers, you can achieve 50ghz + testing! or even up to 110 ghz with other mixers we calibrated it all manually. the flatness is insanely accurate. within.17 db error only! spec is 2 db. you can see it in one of the pics. there should be 18 pics. if they dont load just wait. this is a NEWLY REFURBISHED 8560E model spectrum analyzer with brand new calibration and certificate/sticker traceable to nist. the pics dont look that clear because after I took all of the pics I realized my lens was dirty. But believe me in person the crt looks great. you will not be disappointed! First I realigned the loda settings. It is very useful for accurate calibration, adjustment or analysis of amplifier characteristics and behavior(setting bias. Making circuit adjustments, prototyping, designing, troubleshooting, etc. All functions work properly on this unit. Although the spec says that it measures harmonic distortion down to 0.1% from 5 Hz to 600 kHz. The analyzer is capable of measuring down to 0.03% I have actually seen this when probing a Class-A vacuum tube amplifier with the filter switch applied and an originating signal generator producing a very clean sine-wave injected into the circuit!
