You are bidding on a Penn 330 GTI reel handle. This handle is used and does show some normal signs of fishing age. Use and wear. The handle came directly off of a Penn 330 GTI. The chrome is in nice shape. There is a few little tarnishing spots on it. But would not take much to clean it up. The black handle knob is in really good shape.
