The Powerstat is 120 volts Primary. 0- 140 v Output, Max Amps 7 1/2, Max KVA 1, and it is single phase. The cabinet has a on/off switch, a pilot light, and it has the receptacle on the front and on the inside it does have a fuse to protect it. I did test it and it does work. I am unsure of the exact model number. The tube power supply inside has all Freed transformers, point to point wiring, tubes, etc. See the nameplate on the front. It is built, incomparable military build quality, design, craftsmanship and attention to detail. It came from Keesler AFB, MS. It has 2 Analogue meters on the front that show volts, one meter is 0-500 Volts, the other is 0-50 volts. The large left control looks to be a variac/ Powerstat/Superior Electric company. A used variable transformer(aka"Variac" from the people who put the item on the map- The Superior Electric Co. out of Bristol. CT. I used this in motion picture photography to dim tungsten lights. But I know guitar AMP enthusiast also love'em. And they're a staple for bench work. This Powerstat unit is working perfectly. I tested the output voltage with a meter and the scale is pretty much dead on. The on/ off switch works. You are looking at their model 3 PN 117 B. Plate reads 0-120 volts out with a primary voltage in of 120V. 12 AMPS, single phase. For a constant impedance load of max 15 AMPS. 1.8 KVA. It does what it is supposed to do. I put a small piece of painters tape around the fuse because it wiggled a bit. The wiggle had no affect on current flow.
