Some surface rust on the top and bottom perforated panels. Fairly clean inside. The HV. Century, and Decade knobs are easy to turn. Unit puts out what it advertises. 2KV. The analog meter is fairly accurate and lights are operational. Front and back. AC cord is in good shape. Did not test the overload function.
