And avoid the shipping charges. The Lambda ES50 is a vintage poly-ensemble type synthesizer with slightly editable Preset orchestral sounds. It is divided into two sections: The Percussion ... moreset includes Preset pianos. Clavis and harmonics; The Ensemble section has Presets for brass, strings, organ and choruses. Filter and envelope controls affect the different instruments individually. The Lambda has 96 discrete envelopes and VCAs- two for each key- a very unusual design. There are also vibrato and chorus effects. The Percussion group and Ensemble group each have their own separate outputs which is nice. A joystick is proveded left of the keyboard for simultaneous control of pitch bends and chorus phase speed. The String sounds are the nicest sounds this synth can create. With three oscillators you can vary and detune them enough to get a nice layered analog string. Piano and Brass sounds are pretty cheesy. The Lambda is cased in a great big wooden case that gives it that authentically vintage status. It's nice to have around. But a good sample of it is all you'll really need these days. A small. Heavy metal urn, loving cup honoring pharmacy fraternities: Kappa Psi, Phi Delta Chi and Lambda Kappa Sigma. The urn measures 1.75 in. tall and 3 in. across at the widest part. It weighs 11.2 ounces. It is tarnished and has small areas of minor corrosion but looks like it might clean up beautifully with a little effort and care. It is not dated or marked with manufacturer, drug company, etc. I suspect it to be an older item but I cannot be sure. It is decorated with raised figures and letters and states"Honoring Pharmacy Fraternities" with each Fraternity listed with the Greek letters and date of founding.

These were hand built in Florida by Nick McKinney back around 200 0-01 or so. I purchased all four from them original owner. Who had purchased them directly from Nick. These were excellent subs designed for a sealed enclosure. Up for bid is a fantastic old gavel. Which has the Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity crest in raised metal on the main face plate. Along with"High Alpha- Chi Zeta- 1953 John D Clayton" The gavel itself is rather beat up. As you can see in pics# 1 and 4, with a lot of wear and rough spots on the gavel head. Piece measures a little over 10" long and comes in what I think is the original box, which unfortunately someone has damaged with taping. I do see a sticker on the end of the box with a sticker by maker R.F. McCrillis, Inc. The frat crest is in great shape, with no smoothing or fading.
