It can be used to set voltage and current setting on multiple power supply units. I was using it to control my PSR-20 units. What you see is what you get. There are some control cables included. This unit is worn but works fine and can address multiple power units by setting switches on the units themselves. If I could find information I would link it. However, I have found nothing.
