It lights up and was working when I had a progammed disc for it, but I do have the software for it, but I really have no idea how to use it. It is a older sign and uses 3.5" discs for the programs, it also has a spot for a older style keyboard so you can hook it up and control some of the options of the sign. You can see it lights up, it does have some dead pixels but still has majority working fine, I also took a picture of the label. All the buttons and sliders responding, with all the stored patterns play fine and so as writing/saving new patterns. Please note I'm not a technician at these and I only went through some basic testing. I have not tested all the jacks and MIDI on the back apart from the Audio Out.
