Dated 1934 solid wood(all wood) rubber band gun. In the shape of a rifle. This gun is cut out from a 5/8+ inch thick piece of solid wood and is 30 1/4 inches long. It has inked and penciled signatures on both sides, some readable, some faded and worn. Beneath one signature on one side of the gun stock is a date" 34" On the other side of the gun stock beneath a signature are the Greek letters for the Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity(see pictures) The names on this rifle are likely associated with this fraternity in the 1930s. This gun shows wear consistent with its age. With rough edges and small pieces of the edge broken off or dinged. MKS Lambda Rivendell Grip King Platform Pedals with Pins -- Nearly New
MKS Lambda Pedals. Also sold by Rivendell Bicycle Works as Grip King pedals. These are very lightly used. With fewer than 200 miles on them, all on the road. I greased the bearings before using them, and they spin very smoothly. If not for a little dirt in some of the cups on the pedal surfaces, it would be difficult to tell these apart from new. Included in the auction are a set of brand new pins(set screws, really) from Rivendell that can be installed to provide better grip if the pedals get wet. They are quite grippy when dry. You simply drill holes in the cups where you want the pins and then screw them in. Rivendell currently sells these pedals new for $56, and the pins are another $12.
