BK Precision 0-30V Triple Output DC Power Supply Model# 1760 Unit is used. It powers up and the dials and buttons all work. I'm thinking it needs some fine tuning or calibration. Cranked all the up the left display only gets to 28.7V and the right gets to 27.5v. When measuring with a multimeter the voltage seems to be about 4-5% off from what the display reads.
