This is a quality American made power supply. The HP 6034A. Capable of 60V/10A up to 200W(note- that means it can only do about 3.5A at 60V, but it can do 10A at 20V) It's getting harder and harder these days to find supplies made with this sort of quality. I have tested this device carefully and found no problems with it. Note the photos I have of it under full load. It handled those loads happily for long periods of time. CC and CV functionality work well. I have not tested the GPIB functionality of this device. If this is important to you please let me know and I can look into it- I am more of an analog guy so I will have to do a bit of learning. Either way. I warranty this device for the first 15 days of ownership(and that includes GPIB functionality) Front panel has been calibrated and is spot on. Calibration is trivially easy with ... morethis device- remove two screws and then adjust zero and gain for current. And just gain for voltage. If there are any specific tests you would like me to do with this device please let me know. No stickers/adhesives/tape/gunk/etc. Some scuffing(as shown in photos) especially on the metal rim just behind the front panel. But nothing too surprising considering the age of the device. There are some small trim pieces that I think may be missing from that same metal rim(as shown in the photos) I can't imagine anybody cares, but I do not like surprised buyers! You are bidding on a super-clean pair of Design Acoustics"Point Source" PS-10a 3-way bookshelf speakers. Each one measures 14"H x 14"D x 11"W. I've refoamed the woofers. But other than that, these are in original condition(with unblemished grills) and frankly sound amazing! With 90db sensitivity, my 15 watt tube amp had no problem driving these. There's plenty of info online about these speakers, so I won't go on and on over the sound, but these have amazing natural midrange, and with the 10" down-firing woofer, they reach lower than you'd think for their size. They are a great match for low-powered single-ended tube amps or chip/tripath amps. You won't find a cleaner set of these 30-year-old beauties! I will accept local pickup but with cash only!
