Instapk 900 WORKING! plus 901 foam package machine for parts
Here's a WORKING instapak 900 machine. Also included is a 901 for parts. First: the 900 works fine. I need it to foam 4 pound density and it likes 2 pound: bad for me but good for you! The containers show 4 gallons each, but that is 4 pound density and it clogs the"A" side of the gun. I am keeping that liquid, but I have 2 unopened 5 gallon containers of the 2 pound density that go with the machine. The"A" side line is CLEAR! the gun has small ports in the cartridge that doesn't allow enough of the 4 pound density, it clogs too easily. I got the machine used, cleaned it up, dumped the old 2 pound density and added my new 4 pound. There may still be small crystals in the"a" line, because I keep getting the gun clogged with tiny bits of grit or something. They make larger cartridges I think, but I am fed ... moreup with trying to get it to work with the 4 pound stuff. I am 100% positive that if you clean the tanks or get new liquid for it, it will not clog. I poured my new 4 pound into the old containers. I think bad idea. The 900 machine: controller works. Both pumps work, but the"a" line is rock solid filled and dried. I took the line loose at the pump and fluid squirted out just fine, so the pump is good. The machine booted up just fine and tried to work. The gun is good on it(no cartridge in it though) but the line got cut off at the gun end to see if I could just get a hydraulic line generic to work. Bad idea, the machine won't even boot without the heater connection. Included is the table and some plastic roll and full cans of the port cleaner and 1 1/2 gallons of the glycol and 2 cartridge removal tools. Instructions included. Finding one of these without the"a" line clogged is hard to do. Here it is, pick up only. The 901 has the longer pick up tubes on the pumps.
