For sale. The one, the only, the awesome Roland R8 drum machine, in original packaging. The R-8 has 32 note polyphony, 68 instruments, and can handle 100 patterns and 10 songs at a time. It has features such as velocity and pressure sensitive trigger pads, slots for expanding the sounds with removable ROM cards, and the ability to create loops of beats. It also has 8 individual outputs and 4-part multitimbral MIDI. I have a beautiful. Gently used packaging machine that I had purchased for my business in August of 2010 and used through May of 2011. I since have sold the business and this has been sitting in a warehouse ever since, and I need to find it a new home. The testing i did to the item is as follows. E ach converyer belt has its own motor and p ower cable. I plugged the first one in and it powered up great and the conve yer moved as it was supposed to. As for the other belt the power cord was cut so i could not plug it in. However i am sure it will work fine once the power cord is replaced. It is just a 110 plug and will be easy to replace. I tested a ll of the buttons on the machine and they work as they are supposed to. I moved all of the manual cranks on the machine and they work perfectly. All in all the only thing that i can tell need s fixed from the testing i did is the power cord one one motor ... moreneeds replaced. I've always kept it nice and clean. I even take the brush out regularly and clean it so it stays soft! Not missing any parts! Measures tape from 4" to 42" just pull the handle to the length you want and let go. Rails inside are adjustable if you want to use different size tape. Packaging Machine: Scandia Model 627, DVD Overwrap
This Scandia is Serial No 1-6715. It is set to run DVD cases from a hopper feed. It is great for short production runs because there is no infeed stack remaining when you complete the order. Unless you have a DVD assembly machine with a conveyor outfeed. It is great for long runs as well. The hopper feed is simple and convenient. There is no infeed or outfeed belt so it takes up less space. It will run 100 ppm but we kept it around 50 or 60 because it is difficult for the operators to unload at faster speeds. We fed it onto a table; if you have a restacker or conveyor, you may choose to run it much faster. It does an excellent job; folding on three sides. The spine side is clear(no folds) and never contacts a heater. We purchased this machine new in late 2004 and ran it until 2008. It runs good, consistent packages, with little maintenance ... morerequired; it will run for 24 hrs. a day if needed. Change parts to run CD's and other formats can be purchased from Scandia Packaging Machines, but there are none provided. This Scandia Machine will provide years of trouble free service.
