Although you can usually get the machine to run for two or more cycles before this happens it still will need to be fixed. Also the exhaust fan could be replaced. And the machine needs cleaning. You are viewing a nice example of the Mosca ROMP-4 automatic strapping machine with a 800mm x 600mm(31.5" x 23.6" tall) arch size. This unit will strap all sizes of mail trays. Boxes and just about anything that will fit in the arch. The soft-touch button turns off the hard tension motor and allows the strap to lightly strap small bundles of flats or envelopes. The unit is set for 5mm or 6mm strapping in either white or clear/embossed strapping. This machine would also work well for the corrugated industry for offline and spot work. It will strap down to a bundle that is the size of the slide plate or around the size of a man's wallet. The machine has been completely cleaned and the paint is in excellent condition.
