And it can do two pouches at a time but we only were doing one. Max speed is roughly 120 pouches a minute if you use both rollers. The machine can pack from 1oz up to 3.5-4oz of ground coffee depending of roasting type(4oz for light roast) It use 240mm web size film. It has installed two extra vibrator for flow and drop precision(one on the hopper and one on the shute. Are the two red one on pictures) The control board is digital and has the function to set the length of the bag if using a generic film. I had the factory install an oversized printer and it has also the option of puncturing the bag if needed. It is a cup fill system that offer an higher precision drop compared to the auger system if using ground coffee. The machine run at 220volts and the electronic used is state of the art. This is a complete Vertical Form Fill Seal bagging system made up of a Matrix Orion Bagger. Matrix CX-10 Scale, A Deamco Bucket Elevator and a stand made specifically for the CX-10 Scale by Matrix. The basic reason for this sale is the product line never took off and we have other opportunities to invest in. We need the space so the system is being sold. The original installed equipment was about 140,000 including post purchase enhancements. This is an excellent entry level bagging system that is easy to use and dependable. When we did use the system it drastically reduced our labor costs getting our products packaged. The Matrix Orion is made of Stainless steel framing. has gas flush. 3 forming collars by DSL, hole punch and tear notch sealer bar. It also has a spare seal bar without the hold punch and seal bar. The Matrix bagger features ... morea full color touch programming interface. The Orion is an extremely flexible machine capable of storing many bag and finish configurations. It is extremely reliable and has worked every time we needed to produce something. We used it for pre-printed indexed bags as well as clear film. We have 3 different forming collars sized for retail sized single serving snack bags as well as a larger bag in box product. The collars create a fin seal or a lap seal. The scale is the stainless steel CX-10 model from Matrix. The scale has 10 dimpled scales and chutes. The control for the scale is a windows based application with a user friendly interface and extremely flexible adjustments to get nearly any product to run through it. The bucket elevator runs intermittently to fill a hopper at the top of the bucket elevator. There is a FMC Vibratory feeder at the top with a level sensing hopper to control the flow of product into the scale. The scale signals the feeder to run. The hopper at the top of the bucket elevator has a sensor to signal the bucket elevator to run. The bucket elevator was manufactured by Deamco in California.
