This is the Midwest Pacific MP-8 Impulse Sealer. It is tested and in working condition. The only issues i can see is some slight scuffing and a small spot of exposed heating element(see pictures) I can't really tell if that exposed piece of metal is where the circuit is completed or if that has come with rubbing. The sealer is used to close off the end of the tube. Then. After tube is sealed, the trimmer is used to cut off any excess material from the tube. Instead of heat.
