This is an old Plano tacklebox called the Boat-Tote. Very interesting box. 13 1/2 X 7 X 5 inches. Great shape. This old box is meant to be toted to a small boat, and placed over the side of the boat and clamped to it for flip-down access to the inside. Has spring loaded, adjustable clamps to fit the side of the boat. Several neat compartments for storing tackle. Baits hang from the small holes at the top. A couple of small parts/baits bins with lids. A flip up lower compartment. Even a spring holder for snelled hooks! Neat! Everything is in amazing shape and latch is crisp, hinges great and all I see for flaw is one of the white plastic tray hinges has been glued.
